The short and tall of it is that Rubico Prime doesn't compare to the standard Lanka in terms of damage, but when you consider charge time with Lanka and versatility of the Rubico there is some room to debate. But that's the only debate point. If you can use the Lanka properly it's the best by far. Which makes you wonder what the devs were ...
