The Jalama hamburger from the Beach Store was very good. But the beach: I walked a couple miles south then back; was a lot of smelly seaweed and bird dung (assuming from the smell), but worst was the numerous clumps of tar/oil on the sand and rocks. It was such a beautiful site. In the valley below was Jalama surrounded by palm trees. It is just a little camping community, but has a store with a cafe.
